The Senior Staff Electromechanical Engineer designs, develops, maintains, and optimizes electromechanical systems supporting manufacturing operations. This role acts as a technical leader and subject matter expert, ensuring equipment reliability, process efficiency, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Design and optimize electromechanical systems to improve equipment uptime, yield, and process efficiency
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to restore production within defined service levels
- Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions to reduce recurrence rates
- Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans to achieve reliability targets
- Support installation, validation, and qualification of new equipment following regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure system availability and minimize downtime

- Experience supporting manufacturing scale-up and equipment validation
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal)

- Experience using SolidWorks, Minitab, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
