WARSAW PLANT & GOJob Description
Product Operations Support
- Own the resolution of complex access, ServiceNow change, and incidents — acting as the technical authority when things get ambiguous
- Design and provision GCP infrastructure, permissions, and IT access groups, ensuring least-privilege and audit-ready configurations at scale
- Drive observability strategy by synthesizing stakeholder feedback into high-impact new alerts and refined alerting rules
- Serve as a key voice in major incident calls, championing durable observability fixes that prevent recurrence rather than just firefighting
- Act as the senior escalation point for Product Operations, resolving what others couldn't
- Architect and advise on next-generation observability and instrumentation strategy across the platform
Application Management
- Own the system-of-record for critical applications (Observability Hub, SRE Agent), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Architect and govern access management for observability platform, Logscale, and SRE AI agents — owning IT access groups end-to-end
- Continuously evolve ServiceNow form templates to match fast-changing product needs
SRE Lead
- Shape and own the SRE team backlog, translating strategic priorities into actionable engineering work
- Drive PI and sprint planning in partnership with the team, negotiating cross-team dependencies with product stakeholders
- Lead daily standups and grooming sessions, setting the technical bar for the team
- Proactively unblock the team on tough technical challenges, acting as a force-multiplier for delivery velocity
IMS Operations Lead
- Analyze incident data across IMS products to surface systemic risks and improvement opportunities
- Represent the team in Observability boards, shaping cross-org observability direction
- Partner with GTO and horizontal teams to co-design and launch new initiatives
- Deliver executive-level reporting on operational health, initiative progress, and product ops performance
- Own and evolve Operations policies as processes and scale demand
- Govern ServiceNow Assignment Group ownership across products, ensuring clean access management at scale
Job Qualifications
- Observability & instrumentation mastery — hands-on experience architecting alerting strategies, tuning signal-to-noise, and driving root-cause-preventive fixes rather than reactive firefighting during major incidents
- Incident command & escalation leadership — track record as a senior/second-level escalation point, resolving complex, ambiguous production issues under pressure while mentoring others through them
- Agile technical leadership — experience owning a team backlog, driving PI/sprint planning, leading grooming/daily meetings, and unblocking engineers on hard technical problems
- Cross-functional data-driven communication — ability to analyze incident/operational data and translate it into clear reporting and policy for stakeholders (GTO, horizontal teams, leadership) and drive multi-team initiatives to completion
- Cloud Infrastructure & IAM expertise — proven ability to design, provision, and govern cloud infrastructure and access controls (permissions, service accounts, IT access groups) at enterprise scale with security/compliance rigor
