Coordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion, compliance, and alignment with organizational training requirements.
Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and onboarding activities that support employee readiness and a positive learner experience.
Manage learning management system (LMS) activities, including course assignments, user access, training records, and system updates.
Review, approve, and execute training-related quality system tasks, ensuring training documentation remains accurate and audit-ready.
Generate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.
Represent the training function during regulatory audits and inspections by providing training records, evidence of qualification, and process support.
Investigate and resolve training system, course access, and process issues, including management of service tickets and related requests.
Partner with managers and stakeholders to assess training needs, prioritize requirements, and implement training programs that support business objectives.
Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing training records, qualification evidence, and documentation required for compliance activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, facilitation, or learning management system (LMS) support.
Fluent English and French skills at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.
Experience using learning technologies, including LMS platforms and enterprise service management systems.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and developing eLearning content using content authoring tools.
