Senior Specialist, Product Management
Role Summary
Own the delivery and evolution of Business Intelligence and forecasting products. Combine product management, advanced analytics, and data engineering to build scalable forecasting solutions on Databricks.
Key Responsibilities• Own product delivery, roadmap, and lifecycle governance• Design and enhance forecasting models (ARIMA, SARIMA, lookalike models)• Build scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and PySpark• Translate business needs into data-driven product solutions• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and commercial teams• Improve forecasting accuracy and scalability of analytics solutions• Identify opportunities to productize BI and forecasting capabilities• Deliver client-ready insights and support strategic decision-making
Skills & Experience• Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and Databricks expertise• Experience with data engineering and large-scale data processing• Understanding of forecasting methodologies and time-series modeling• Experience with BI tools (Power BI)• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
