Senior Specialist, Global Product Management - Commercialization/Pricing Strategies
Overview:
The Services team fuels growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge capabilities across Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business & Market Insights, and Open Banking. Within Services, the Operational Intelligence (OI) pillar plays a critical role in helping customers understand, manage, and optimize the end to end payment lifecycle through data driven insights, reporting, and analytics at scale.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist within the Operational Intelligence Global Product Management team to support commercialization and pricing strategy. This role plays a critical analytical and execution support function, bridging customer specific initiatives with broader business expansion priorities. The Senior Specialist will drive data driven insights to inform pricing, go to market effectiveness, and revenue growth initiatives across the OI portfolio.
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will:• Support commercialization and go to market strategy for Operational Intelligence products, with a focus on pricing effectiveness and revenue optimization.• Conduct quantitative analysis to support pricing strategy development, including price modeling, revenue analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.• Synthesize customer data, usage trends, and commercial inputs to identify opportunities to expand and scale the OI business.• Support product enablement efforts, helping drive increased penetration, retention, and customer value realization.• Partner cross functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align analysis with commercial and product objectives.• Lead or contribute to critical analytical initiatives, including customer segmentation, market analysis, pricing assessments, and business case development.• Support sales and marketing initiatives through data backed insights that inform campaign strategy and prioritization.• Effectively communicate analytical findings and their business implications to a broad set of stakeholders.• Act as an advocate and subject matter contributor for OI products from a commercial and analytics perspective.
Technical & Analytical Expertise• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, with strong Excel skills required.• Experience using business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau); familiarity with large scale datasets preferred (Python, Hadoop, or related).• Hands on experience performing pricing, revenue, and KPI analysis in support of commercial decisions.• Ability to work with complex, multi source datasets and translate outputs into actionable insights.• Experience with analytics tools and environments used in enterprise or payments contexts is a plus.
Product & Commercial Collaboration• Partner closely with Product teams to ensure commercial strategies align with value delivered and customer needs.• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support customer facing initiatives and go to market execution.• Work with Finance stakeholders to support revenue analysis, forecasting inputs, and financial performance tracking.• Build strong working relationships across a diverse group of internal stakeholders to advance shared business goals.
All About You• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, or equivalent practical experience.• Demonstrated experience applying statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support and optimize commercial activities within a product based business.• Strong background in analytics solutions for payments or related financial services strongly preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Python, Hadoop, Tableau, and other analytics tools, including analysis of large and complex datasets.• Strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems using structured, data driven approaches. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and effectively decode customer and stakeholder requirements. • Proven experience developing and driving end to end execution of initiatives, particularly in cross functional environments. • Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate problem statements, insights, and opportunity areas to diverse stakeholders.
