Senior Specialist, Product Development
Overview:
Mastercard Prepaid Management Services global digital presence with over 55+ websites and 10+ mobile application. We are looking for senior specialist to be responsible for maintaining the current portfolio of customer facing channels - Mobile apps, My Account, Commercial platforms. The role holder will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of product features, enhancements and work collaboratively with the relevant regional product, account management, marketing, engineering, Bizops teams, Compliance and Legal to oversee the successful delivery of the changes as well as the launch of new digital platforms and capabilities.
The Role:
• Managing the growth of Mastercard's Prepaid Management Services (MPMS) websites: Including product capabilities, Web, CMS and mobile app updates and constant innovation to drive business success online.• Attending scrum ceremonies and working closely with internal web and mobile development teams, to improve the user experience and always put the customer first.• Delivering digital platforms for MPMS and clients, including the launch of new marketing, servicing sites and mobile application.• Implement digital best practice, improve existing customer experience and drive financial growth with a focus on platform consolidation.• Use data driven insights to reduce customer friction across our portfolio of websites and mobile apps.• Provide regular analytical reporting and recommendations based on data.• Partnering with and supporting regional team (Marketing, Product and Sales in particular) to advise on best practice digital execution and instigate change for the better.
About you:
• The role requires someone with a strong all-round approach to digital; ranging from content management, launching of new features/functionality in production and a strong desire to innovate and learn from the ecommerce industry.• Identifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and works with internal teams and customer service to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level customer issues.• A team player that wishes to support an innovative and fun global team by aligning to strategy, understanding the goals of the team and always working towards success.• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with and influence people across the organisation • Reviews product demo against acceptance criteria for the feature set• Supports and participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature• Enables self-service support and/or works to reduce overhead• Owns and manages product documentation ensuring features and associated documentation are clear.• Experience in the SAFe/Agile software development lifecycle methodology• A background in financial services is desirable; knowledge/experience in actively managing websites or mobile apps is a must.
