The Role:

Entegris is looking a Senior Specialist, IT Business Analysis who can provide hands-on expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with Business Process Leads to identify the requirements and apply Business Analysis principles and best practices.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions

• Configure SAP IBP in the areas of S&OP, Inventory Optimization, IBP Control Tower, Response and Supply modules.

• Provide functional and technical support in all areas of Integrated Business Planning solutions.

• Work on quarterly upgrades and system upkeep for a global user base of 400+ users.

• Partner with technical teams to build and enhance data integration capabilities with various systems.

• Lead and engage in projects to bring new advanced planning capabilities for Demand and Supply.

• Analyze business challenges, objectives and advise in developing as is/to-be processes

• Assist with the creation and impact of deployment and cutover plans

• Demonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced environment

• Working collaboratively with an extended team of functional and technical resources in a global setting.

• Support all phases of solution lifecycle, from concept through delivery and production support

• Collaborate within the internal IT organization to deliver quality solutions

• Drive process and solution standardization

What We Seek:

• Bachelor’s degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field.

• Minimum 7 + years of experience working with Advanced Planning Solutions with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP IBP cloud platform.

• Has good understanding of SAP ERP (ECC/S4 HANA) systems including MM, PP, SD functions – and related master data and core processes.

• Must have a solid understanding of IBP’s data models for Demand/ Supply/ IO and unified planning models.

• The candidate must have solid functional expertise in S&OP, S&OE, IO processes.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Hands-on configuration/deployment expertise is a must Supply and Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Control Tower, R&S.

• Strong research, data analysis, and problem visualization skills

• Experience with Data Integration scenarios with SAP ECC, BW, Cloud systems using CI-DS is a big plus for this role.

• Experience with 2+ full IBP Implementations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Willing to travel up to 20% to plant locations as needed.
