Senior Specialist - Global Product Management - Data Analytics and Agentic AI
Overview
The Advanced Analytics group within Business & Market Insights drives Enterprise & Credit Risk solutions that are globally scalable and provide value to the various parts of the credit lifecycle value chain.
Developing relevant solutions that solve our customer's Enterprise & Credit Risk problems while leveraging Mastercard assets is a key differentiator to grow revenue for our retail and commercial clients.
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist, Product Management to help define, build, and scale products that deliver measurable value to customers and the business. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
Role:
• Collaborate and partner closely with the Consumer Credit Analytics team to support global product development and GTM efforts. • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
. Exposure to AI is strongly preferred.• Analyze customer adoption, usage, and performance data. recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative insights.• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.• 5+ years of product management, product development, business analysis, or related experience.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Experience creating requirements, user stories, and product documentation • Excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills.
