Fully knowledgeable of the International Banking Proposition (IB) &/OR Workplace Banking Proposition and process of prospecting new Employee Value Proposition &/OR IB customers (companies), across sectors
Demonstrated competencies in identifying potential customers across different market areas, sector types, end consumer segments and match CVP prospects accordinglyProfessional and effective engagement at executive levels (internal & external) to pitch the International Banking OR workplace banking business development opportunities to solicit acquisition
Effective stakeholder (internal & external) relationship management
Effective cross business cluster engagement & collaboration to identify, attain, build and maintain franchise value
Align to performance framework to actively pursue key value drivers and performance objectives and outcomes
Actively drive and support regional teams to ensure effective customer experience both at organisational and end consumer levels
