The role includes court-related documentation and appearances, client and stakeholder engagement, portfolio reporting, complaint resolution, property and auction activities, and oversight of third-party service providers to maximize recoveries and control costs.

Leads experience design strategy and delivery across Personal and Private Banking. Partners with executives and product leaders to embed customer-centric thinking, directs multidisciplinary design teams, manages project portfolios, ensures design quality and compliance with design standards, and measures customer and business impact. Oversees research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and implementation. Mentors designers, presents outcomes to senior leadership, and champions design thinking and transformative customer experiences.

Coordinate and govern payment scheme bulletins, mandates, releases, and regulatory updates across the organization. Analyze financial, operational, technology, compliance, and customer impacts; assign accountable business owners; track implementation; and report progress. The role requires compliance with FAIS fit and proper standards, including an FSCA-approved qualification, RE5 regulatory examination, product and class-of-business training, continuous professional development, and good standing.
