- Collaborate effectively across sales, operations, and accounting teams to ensure a seamless billing and renewal process.

- As a founding member of the Finance Shared Services Center Team in Mexico, you will get the opportunity to be part of a valued group that contribute the success and development of Finance as well as the overall company.
- Manage a collections portfolio of customer invoices
- Facilitate a smooth process for our clients to pay for their licenses
- Manages emails and cases requested by the sale organization and customers
- Partner with sales representatives who close deals to obtain purchase orders
- Work with team leads and managers to address process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements
- Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments
- Support the training of new team members
- Follow Qualtrics processes and use application tools available in NetSuite/Salesforce
- Support Ad-hoc queries and contributes to projects
- Support requests external and internal auditors
- Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities to review sales opportunities, contracts, and quotes accurately.
- Financial Knowledge: Understanding of finance processes and ability to manage the collections cycle for new business.
- Data Management: Competency in managing finance cases, handling key performance indicators, and participating in the monthly close process.
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related field
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to deliver hard savings, build strong provider relations, and drive change
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
