To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in Singapore.
We're looking for a Solutions Engineer ITSM/ESM to expand our growing business and team in APAC. Our Solutions Engineers are accustomed to solving our customers' hardest problems and closing our largest enterprise deals. In this role, you'll be working directly with the enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassian's customers. You'll strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business. What You'll Do
- Work closely together with our cross-functional teams to drive the customer journey
- Work with your team to investigate, discover, and assess client pain points and map client business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities
- Partner with sales management to align the overall account plan and customer outcomes
- Be delivering deeply compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to customers and prospects
- Work with product management to advance Atlassian's product line and provide customer feedback
Your Background
- Extensive experience working with Enterprise Customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity (Generally 5+ years experience)
- Proven track record of delivering successful customer outcomes with the ability to build trusted relationships with different stakeholders within the customer base.
- A deep knowledge and understanding of the ITSM/ESM domain. You have been working extensively with the market in Southeast Asia. Working experience with other countries in the APAC region is a pre.
- Ability to collaborate with prospects, channel partners, and sales teams to provide winning solutions.
- Experienced in Value Based selling.
- Technically minded or experienced in working with technology.
- You love to learn, are open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerate failure, love to win, hate to lose, and are passionate about making clients successful.
- Local language skills are a plus
