We are looking for a Senior Solutions Analyst to join our Cloud team in Jerusalem, Israel. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solutions Analysis, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements for medium-to-large-scale initiatives.
- Experience working with alert monitoring, ticket management, or operational support environments.
- Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and other Agile delivery artifacts.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Architecture, and Operations.
- Experience working with enterprise integration platforms or complex system ecosystems.
- Familiarity with incident management, problem management, and service operations processes.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams and 24/7 business-critical environments.
- Knowledge of data modeling and solution design methodologies.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or contributing to analyst communities of practice.
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
- Lead requirements discussions and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, UX professionals, Architects, and Delivery Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed Agile documentation, including functional and non-functional specifications, workflows, acceptance criteria, system flows, and data models.
- Support solution validation, testing, defect troubleshooting and resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring junior team members.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Hybrid work model based in Jerusalem.
