About this Opportunity
Ericsson is looking for a highly motivated Senior Solution Integrator with 4-5 years of experience in Telecom BSS (Order Care/EOC, Billing, and Charging) and a strong background in large-scale data migration and transformation programs. In this role, you will drive end-to-end data migration initiatives, design scalable integration solutions, and leverage modern cloud and AI technologies to enable seamless telecom transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and validate end-to-end data migration activities, including ETL, data modeling, data validation, benchmarking, and capacity planning.
Develop scalable migration and integration solutions using RDBMS, API-led architectures, and microservices.
Collaborate across OSS/BSS ecosystems and enterprise platforms to ensure successful data transformation and migration.
Optimize performance for high-volume data processing environments and migration workloads.
Leverage AI-driven capabilities for automation, analytics, and AIOps use cases.
Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
Participate in solution design reviews, technical assessments, and deployment planning.
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in Telecom BSS domains, including Order Care (EOC), Billing, and Charging.
Strong expertise in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL; performance tuning experience is an advantage.
Working knowledge of Python, Java, Shell Scripting, and XML.
Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, ETL frameworks, data transformation, and reconciliation processes.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience applying AI technologies for automation, analytics, AIOps, and AI service integration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and source control tools such as Git/SVN.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telecom transformation, modernization, or digital migration programs.
Exposure to distributed systems, microservices, and API-driven integrations.
Knowledge of OSS/BSS data models, telecom business processes, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience supporting large-scale production environments and mission-critical deployments.
