This role operates at the intersection of solutions architects, engineering, operations, and project teams to help ensure successful stability and resilicency of NVIDIA-powered infrastructure and software solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with technical depth, customer focus, and the ability to navigate ambiguity across fast-moving, multi-team initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive end-to-end program management for Solutions Architecture initiatives, including technical planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Partner closely with solutions architects, engineering, operations, project managers, and customer-facing teams to resolve technology issues and improve the stability and resiliency of deployed AI clusters.

  • Build and maintain integrated schedules, status reporting, risk registers, and action tracking to ensure clear visibility and predictable execution across complex taskforce support.

  • Help manage cross-functional issues, technical dependencies, and escalation paths, driving timely decisions and mitigation plans when priorities shift or blockers emerge.

  • Improve operating rhythms, tools, and reusable processes that help the Solutions Architecture organization scale execution quality across multiple accounts and programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions architecture, systems engineering, or a related cross-functional role.

  • Experience working with engineering, field, operations, and customer-facing teams in support of enterprise infrastructure, AI, HPC, cloud, or DC programs.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business teams, and leadership.

  • Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and help resolve customer technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
