As part of the Networking group, this role drives the execution of host software products powering modern datacenters, cloud environments, and software-defined networks. We are looking for a leader to bridge the gap between global development and testing groups, ensuring the most sophisticated markets receive high-quality releases on time. This is a high-visibility opportunity to manage complex product dependencies and shape the future of virtualization and networking infrastructure.

  • Facilitate critical release milestones, including Feature Freeze, Code Freeze, and Beta phases, while managing retrospective sessions to drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage simultaneous release tracks across various lifecycles, including General Availability (GA), Monthly Updates, and Long-Term Support (LTS).

  • Direct bug triage processes to ensure release convergence and prioritize customer-facing fixes.

  • Monitor cross-team dependencies and escalate risks to maintain alignment between development, verification, and QA clusters.

  • Oversee release branches, builds, and versioning to ensure seamless integration at both the feature and release levels.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of overall experience, with a proven track record in software release management or technical project leadership.

  • Expertise in solving complex problems on-the-fly and managing multi-disciplinary projects within ambiguous environments.

  • Strong organizational leadership skills with the ability to work independently and drive results across global teams.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience with public speaking and technical reporting in English.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Proficiency with enterprise tools such as MS PowerBI, Confluence, and ticketing systems like Jira or Redmine.

  • Deep technical familiarity with Networking technologies and agile software development methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience with GIT and version control best practices.

  • Prior success in product management combined with software release execution.

With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
