We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a team with broad ownership across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. This is a hands-on role for engineers who enjoy working end-to-end, taking responsibility for real systems in production, and solving a wide range of technical challenges.
You’ll work primarily in Python, with TypeScript and React on the frontend, and collaborate closely with product and compiler teams to build reliable, scalable software.
What You'll Do
- Build and operate production systems across backend services, APIs, frontend components, and infrastructure.
- Write, review, and maintain high-quality code in Python and in TypeScript/React for frontend components when needed.
- Contribute to system and API design and help take features from idea to production.
- Improve reliability, performance, and scalability through testing, observability, and automation.
- Enhance developer experience with better tooling, CI/CD, and local development workflows.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver features that meet product and operational goals.
- Use AI/LLM tooling to improve developer productivity and engineering workflows.
Who You Are
- Strong experience building and operating production Full-stack systems.
- Experience working with Python and React
- Solid system design skills and ownership of complex features.
- Care about code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability.
- Comfortable working in modern engineering environments (Git, CI/CD, agile teams).
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud and infrastructure tools (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code).
- Background in DevOps, platform, or reliability engineering.
- Deeper experience with React-based frontends.
- Familiarity with quantum software frameworks (Classiq, Qiskit, PennyLane) or domain-specific languages.
- Open-source contributions or involvement in developer communities.
