Your new role

Some aspects of the Senior Software role include:

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for developing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines.
  • Skilled in analysing CI/CD pipeline performance and implementing improvements for efficiency and reliability.
  • Experience in implementing DevSecOps practices to integrate security into CI/CD workflows.
  • Proficient in supporting cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, with knowledge of Terraform.
  • Work in agile ways of working, working horizontally across squads from digital to process excellence
  • Develop applications which includes coordination and collaboration with the BA/QA as well as the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) of the project owners.
  • Supporting developers to grow technically and professionally.

Please note that for the successful candidate, this process will include a phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, 2 interviews (either face to face or online via Teams) and background checks.

About you

You will be an experienced full stack software engineer with:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, DevSecOps & Azure Services
  • Practical commercial experience in .NET development (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core).
  • Knowledge on Test Driven Development, CI/CD principles & agile working
  • Hands-on development on client server and n-tier systems
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate yourself both with written technical & verbal.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members
  • Broad knowledge of software development life cycle processes
