How You’ll Grow

Things You’ll Do
- Own the design and end-to-end delivery of key data enrichment services that process millions of data events daily.
- Improve system architecture to enhance reliability, scalability, and performance of data pipelines.
- Mentor and guide team members through reviews, knowledge sharing, and pairing sessions to promote best practices.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify and mitigate technical risks early.
- Drive improvements in testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and automation to reduce operational friction.
- Influence technical roadmap decisions and contribute to cross-team initiatives that enhance platform capabilities.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Demonstrated success owning and delivering complex backend services in a production environment.
- Strong software development skills with production experience
- Proven ability to design scalable, low-latency, distributed data processing systems.
- Experience mentoring others and influencing engineering practices and decisions.
- Track record of identifying and reducing technical debt and operational risk.
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
