We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join our growing team to handle :
Quality Engineer
Lead and mentor QA teams to design, develop, and build solutions for internal and market-facing products.Collaborate with Product and Architecture teams to ensure features and stories are ready for QA.Drive technical design discussions and implement best-fit solutions within agreed timelines.Perform code reviews, promote continuous refactoring, and enforce coding standards.
Hands-On Technical Contribution
Contribute to development in Python, Hadoop, JMeter , Debug and troubleshoot complex issues (core, heap, thread dumps) and resolve coding errors. Implement automation for code quality and security scanning,Must have knowledge in public cloud AWS /Azure
Process & Quality Excellence
Define and implement Quality processes, branching strategies, and test-driven development practices.Ensure timely delivery of features with accurate task estimates and complexity assessments.Conduct performance and load testing to validate application limits and scalability.
All About You:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience, with a proven track-record of successfully delivering on complex technical assignments. Role Summary Responsible for ensuring software quality through test strategy, test automation, functional and non-functional testing, defect management, and collaboration with engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute test strategies and test plans. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks. Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders. Identify, track, and drive resolution of defects.Improve test coverage, CI/CD quality gates, and release processes.Mentor QA engineers and establish testing best practices.Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide quality metrics.
Required Skills
5+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience.Strong experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.SQL and database validation.Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Programming experience in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Preferred
Cloud testing experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).Performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).Financial services or payments domain experience.AI-assisted testing and test automation experience.
