Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Deliver on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.

- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.

- Work in the agile teams and contribute towards self-organized, self-sustained teams.
- Design, Build and test the requirements on Service now.
- This role requires close collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business goals.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript), and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including tables, Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideForm, etc.).
- Experience in building and managing ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or higher certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist.
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Virtual Agent Designer and building conversational interfaces.
- Perform the unit testing activities; unit & integration. Develop automation scripts where possible. Coordinate Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing
- Use the OOTB functionalities of ServiceNow with minimum/zero customizations
- Implement, configure and maintain and improved platform functionality
- Analyze and transform business and user requirements into actionable specifications
- Consult and advise cross-functional teams on existing and forthcoming solutions
- Team player with excellent coordination across the distributed teams.
- Sound knowledge of CMDB with atleast 4+ years of experience and capability in implementing, maintaining and building upon ServiceNow platform technologies, workflows and integrations
- Experience using scripting languages such as Javascript, Glide, Jelly etc., and use of Business Rule, UI Policies, Data Policies etc.
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF. Automation testing is a plus
- Good communication skills; written and verbal
- Automate service delivery processes by implementing and optimizing ServiceNow workflows.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into ServiceNow to enable intelligent recommendations, summarizations, and enhance Virtual Agent interactions.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and Gen AI advancements to continuously improve platform capabilities.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance user experience and streamline service delivery.
- Actively contribute to innovation by leveraging Gen AI and conversational technologies.
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices for ServiceNow development and integration.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
