Job Summary
Design Automation frameworks for E2E workflows for enterprise applications. Define and Implement Quality practices across teams , build templates and checklists and ensuring quality gates are followed.
Responsibilities
Technical
Well versed in different SDLC models and implementing best practices
Ability to build, drive and support automation test strategy. Dedication to delivering great software and releasing it quickly, efficiently, and with growing quality
Should possess excellent skills in creating robust frameworks for Functional/E2E testing using Selenium/PlayWright/AccelQ
Must have experience with Performance and Load testing tools like HP LoadRunner/Performance Center, JMeter
Should expert in any programing language - java, python, C# etc.
Understanding of REST and RESTful services and well versed in API testing
Experience working in DevOps model and expert in Continuous Integration/Deployments environments
Experience with Test Data Management and generating Synthetic Test Data using any automation tool
Experience working on CRM platforms, SaaS applications is highly desirable like SFDC, ServiceNow, Siebel etc.
Understanding of AI concepts and tools for Automation Testing
Communication
Able to communicate effectively and conveys design concepts and solutions
Should be able to work with global teams as per time zones
Possess analytical thinking ability and good observation skills towards system level perspective
Must have excellent written, verbal, presentation & documentation skills
Stack holder management
Work with cross functional teams and update them on progress and address gaps (if any)
Reporting
Status reporting, progress updates. Metrics collection
Qualifications
8-10+ years experience
Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
