This role is designed for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a desire to evolve into a Technical Product Owner. You'll start by contributing hands-on to our platform as engineer and gradually take on more product leadership responsibilities - leading and prioritizing the team's backlog by collaborating with stakeholders and driving decisions aligned with the product strategy.
Responsibilities:

• Grow into a Technical Product Owner role by balancing technical depth with product vision and communication.
• Thrive in our cloud-native environment using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js, while leveraging a rich toolbox of technologies to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Build, deliver and be responsible for critical and most challenging features and components throughout their lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into well-defined user stories.
• Lead and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy and stakeholder expectations.
• Define and commit to epics, set sprint goals, and ensure timely delivery of team commitments.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality of code, and design principles

What will help you succeed

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript, solid knowledge of React and modern front-end development practices
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Hands-on team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• A user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Experience or strong interest in technical product ownership.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for leading from both a technical and product perspective.
• Ability to manage and balance stakeholder expectations and priorities.
• Good English communication
