We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior System Software Engineer to join our Automotive Team and help us develop innovative, safe, secure, and high-performance automotive systems. If you have a good understanding of System Software development, bring-up of new platforms, experience in QNX and Linux software development, any special expertise like bootloader design and development or RTOS based development, low level programming/debugging skills, we want to hear from you! What you'll be doing:
- Design and develop safety (ISO26262) and security (ISO21434) compliant system software for NVIDIA DRIVE platform for autonomous vehicles
- Perform development & bring-up activities for next-generation Tegra SOC hardware and Systems
- Architect and Design Software for different OS flavours where by SW is Unified and Scalable on DRIVE platform
- Architect and Implement solutions to sophisticated issues & defects involving complex interactions between components partitioned across the large DRIVE Platform software stack
What we need to see:
- BS/MS in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering and more than 5 years of experience embedded systems software design and development
- Proven understanding of computer architecture, operating system fundamentals and Embedded SW
- Strong experience in one of the areas of Pre-Silicon/Bring-up activities or Bootloaders or RTOS based development or Scalable SW architectures
- Strong Python/C/C++ programming and debugging skills
- A strong teammate; passionate for work and self-motivated with a positive approach!

- Experience in taking features from inception to the product following the Software Development Process and Hands-on experience with ISO26262 and ISO21434.
