The Senior Software Development Engineer-Devops-Quality-Automation will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, create test plans, and execute automated test cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, automation frameworks, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or Automation Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years in software testing and automation.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Knowledge of API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience in mobile application testing and automation.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is desirable.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field-or equivalent relevant experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
