Overview:
We are looking for a highly competent lead engineer who can work on developing solutions in the UC (Unified communications) domain. The candidate must have in-depth experience in designing and implementing complex UC systems and have excellent performance optimization and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:

Analyse the requirements, come up with the design, implement, test and fix post release issues.

Participate in the implementation, testing, debugging and tuning of distributed applications
-
Participate in technical discussions, deployment and planning meetings
Requirements:
-
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience.

Any Grauate or Post Graduate
-
Excellent programming skills in C/C++
-
In depth experience in VOIP / SIP based call control
-
Very Good knowledge of RTP/RTCP protocols
-
Exposure to implementing cloud solutions and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure etc.) would be a plus
-
Basic understanding of how databases work
-
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Good Embedded and/or Linux programming skills and experience

The successful applicant must be able to work with minimal supervision

Ability for learning quick is a must
