As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Working on innovative and strategic architectural projects that directly support the company’s growth and vision, offering high impact and strong visibility across the organization

  • Leading complex architectural design and construction projects from early concept development through execution, completion, and handover

  • Controlling project performance across design quality, construction budget, schedule, and client satisfaction

  • Assessing project feasibility, tracking progress and key metrics, and identifying risks, while proposing proactive optimization and problem-resolution strategies

  • Being accountable for ensuring the project team delivers the required architectural scope and construction deliverables at the right cost, time, and quality standards

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring diverse teams, including internal design teams, external consultants, and construction partners

  • Building and applying expertise in cutting-edge architectural technologies, sustainable design principles, and innovative construction methodologies

  • Collaborating closely with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to share knowledge, foster best practices, and ensure seamless project execution

Job Qualifications

We are looking for YOU if:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Architecture

  • You bring 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in architecture, with a strong focus on project and construction management
  • You have proven experience leading innovative projects with significant technical complexity and/or strategic importance
  • Your English skills are strong and confident, both written and spoken, enabling effective international and cross-functional communication
  • You have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of managing and developing people successfully
  • You are knowledgeable in construction processes, contract administration, and risk management
  • You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, continuously looking for better ways of working and new technologies
  • You are proficient in architectural and project tools, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and modern project management software

Our manufacturing site operates 24-hours 7-days per week.  Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule. Shift rotations vary from working a single straight shift to working two or three rotating shifts. Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate and to work any shift.
