What you will do
The Senior Siebel Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of Oracle Siebel CRM environments across the enterprise. This role ensures the stability, security, availability, and performance of critical CRM applications while supporting upgrades, integrations, cloud initiatives, and disaster recovery activities. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Siebel infrastructure and administration, partnering with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that support business operations.
How will you do it
- Administer and support Oracle Siebel CRM environments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Oracle Siebel applications on both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Lead and support Siebel upgrades to current releases, preferably Siebel 25.x and newer versions.
- Configure and maintain Siebel Gateway clustering, multi-mode Application Interface (AI) load balancing, and related infrastructure components.
- Monitor system performance and execute performance tuning activities across Siebel Servers, Application Object Managers (AOMs), Application Interface (AI), Gateway Servers, Tomcat servers, and supporting infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues, including EAI component crashes through analysis of FDR reports, component logs, and system logs.
- Perform system administration activities including application configuration, component management, parameter configuration, and environment maintenance.
- Support and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP, and Active Directory integrations.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions for routine administrative activities using Windows batch jobs, Linux cron jobs, and scripting tools.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and support BI Publisher integrations with Oracle Siebel environments.
- Design, support, and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) setup, testing, and validation activities.
- Manage and support Siebel deployments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and other cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and database teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor environment health, proactively identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge articles.
What we look for

- 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Oracle Siebel CRM in enterprise environments.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $120,000-$140,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
