ABOUT THE POSITION
Senior Set Designer at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: you’ll be the creative force behind BURGA’s visual storytelling, designing scroll-stopping sets for social media, campaigns, and e-commerce projects. You’ll transform bold ideas into visually striking experiences that resonate with our audience, bringing the Art Director’s vision to life through props, furniture, décor, and technical details. Every set you create will help shape BURGA’s brand identity and engage our global community with unforgettable content.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead collaboration with the Art Director and Social Media/Growth/Brand teams to define the visual style, theme, and mood for campaigns and projects.
- Research and create moodboards that reflect current trends and the brand’s aesthetic.
- Develop technical drawings and detailed briefs for set builders and stylists.
- Source, arrange, and maintain all set elements and props to ensure top-quality presentation.
- Ensure set continuity and quality throughout production, addressing on-set challenges creatively.
- Manage logistics, including shoot schedules, budgets, and team coordination, to ensure smooth workflows and timely project delivery.
- Handle post-shoot tasks such as returning rentals and maintaining pristine shoot locations.
- Stay within budget while sourcing trendy, high-impact props and coordinating with accounting for timely payments.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Set Designer, Set Decorator, Interior Stylist, or similar, ideally in social media or e-commerce content production.
- Strong understanding of design principles: color, texture, composition, and what performs online.
- Ability to produce technical briefs and drawings for set construction.
- Familiarity with social media-first content production, including framing, lighting, and platform trends.
- Knowledge of ad content production (Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads) and optimization for digital platforms.
- Expertise in integrating current fashion and digital trends into set design.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and arrange furniture/props; comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license for transporting props, furniture, and equipment.
- Proven experience in sourcing props, managing rentals, and overseeing production logistics.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with design software for moodboards, technical drawings, and visual concepts.
SALARY: 3000 - 4200 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
