As Director of Growth, you will lead a 30-person growth team, owning the revenue growth strategy across various marketing channels and ensuring profitability while expanding into new markets.

Create brand and performance copy across channels (packaging, product descriptions, ads, email). Own BURGA's tone of voice, collaborate with creative and marketing teams, drive conversion-focused hooks and CTAs, research customer behaviour, and bring cultural and fashion trends into briefs.

Lead BURGA's CRO roadmap across 19 global stores: design and run A/B and multivariate tests, write experiment briefs and success metrics, conduct user research, optimize product pages and journeys, support product launches, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze results with GA4, GTM, Hotjar, Clarity, and Elevar to drive conversion and revenue growth.

Design, build, and maintain .NET (C#) backend systems and modern JavaScript/TypeScript front ends (Vue/React). Develop REST APIs, process automation, system integrations, and manufacturing equipment integrations. Optimize performance, ensure reliability, collaborate cross-functionally, and troubleshoot live production issues to improve efficiency and traceability.

As a Data Engineer/DataOps, you'll build and optimize data ingestion pipelines, develop custom connectors, and ensure data quality and reliability across multiple systems while collaborating with analytics teams.

The Senior Accountant will manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, facilitate audits, and develop accounting policies to ensure financial health and compliance.

Own and scale BURGA's global Amazon and marketplaces strategy. Lead listing optimization, pricing, advertising (PPC), FBA shipment planning, forecasting, account health, and cross-functional coordination with logistics and manufacturing while building and mentoring a marketplaces team.

Build and ship automation solutions across creative, growth, ecommerce, and brand using no-code tools and LLM APIs. Scope briefs, deliver fast POCs, audit workflows to find opportunities, measure impact (hours saved, quality, cost), train teams, and maintain a prioritized automation roadmap.

Drive quality across the product lifecycle through manual and automated testing. Design risk-based test strategies, perform exploratory, functional, integration, and regression testing, improve automation coverage and CI/CD pipelines, monitor quality metrics, and collaborate with developers and product owners to reduce defects and production incidents.

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and continuous improvement: align stakeholders, configure BC (inventory, production, BOMs, routings), define specs, run UAT, coordinate go-live, drive user adoption, training, documentation, and liaise with external BC partners.
