This is a full-time role that is hybrid from our San Francisco Office
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow GRC Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow’s GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor GRC applications to meet our business needs and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
What you’ll do:
- Design and Development: Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of GRC solutions, including creating workflows, forms, and reports to support governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow GRC modules with other systems and applications as needed to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, compliance, and risk management teams, to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices, recommending enhancements and improvements to existing GRC solutions.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years experience as a ServiceNow Engineer with a focus on GRC modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflows, and data integration. Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules is required.
- Extensive knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and Rest URLs.
- Build system integrations using Integration Hub and Rest API
- Proficient with JavaScript, XML, JSON, Java
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified GRC implementation Specialist
