Lead tax information reporting and withholding compliance across domestic and international frameworks, including FATCA, CRS, CARF, DAC7, and U.S. tax rules. Advise product teams on digital asset reporting, oversee tax documentation, withholding, remittance, and annual filings, and partner with technology and operations teams on automated workflows. Lead audits, risk remediation, policy updates, regulatory monitoring, and business requirements development for tax systems.

Perform 1LOD transactional and supplier oversight testing, build and expand test scripts, analyze multi-source data, document findings, communicate risk implications, mentor and train analysts, and partner with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions and regulatory alignment.

Support vulnerability identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and reporting across applications and infrastructure. Conduct security reviews, assist with application security and red-team activities, support audits and regulatory compliance, coordinate remediation with system owners, and maintain vulnerability-management tools and documentation. Leads SoFi’s Offensive Security function, unifying penetration testing and red teaming. Owns strategy, staffing, tooling, metrics, vendor relationships, regulatory engagement, and execution quality. Builds AI-assisted offensive security capabilities for reconnaissance, exploit development, attack-path analysis, testing, and reporting. Personally contributes to network, application, cloud, mobile, AI, and adversary-emulation engagements while hiring, coaching, and developing the team and partnering with engineering, risk, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Own and grow employer and workplace partnerships through onboarding, activation, optimization, renewal, and expansion. Build success plans, engagement campaigns, business reviews, and data-driven recommendations while managing escalations, renewals, compliance, and cross-functional execution. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Benefits, Payroll, and executive stakeholders, using Salesforce and reporting tools to track performance, risks, opportunities, and next steps. Travel approximately 10–15% as needed.

Lead SoFi’s enterprise learning and development function by defining strategy, building a lean team, advising business leaders, and designing learning initiatives. Own the Workday Learning ecosystem, learning standards, content and vendor strategy, and learner experience. Use data and insights to improve effectiveness while partnering with subject-matter experts across the organization. The role requires balancing enterprise strategy with hands-on execution in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

The Staff Credit Policy Analyst leads the development and governance of credit policies for home loans, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Supports members and customers with brokerage, robo-advisor, and retirement investment services through phone, chat, and email. Educates clients on equities, margin, options, account opening, funding, transactions, and investment performance. Resolves operational and technical issues, monitors accounts, assesses financial goals, and collaborates with management and product teams to improve processes and platforms. Requires FINRA securities licensing, financial services experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Review and underwrite home equity and mortgage loan applications by analyzing credit, income, appraisals, title reports, collateral, and supporting documentation. Make accurate credit decisions within Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, investor, and company guidelines; clear conditions, identify fraud indicators, ensure compliance, and communicate with processors and loan originators to maintain file quality and closing timelines.

Build and scale enterprise design systems, reusable Figma components, templates, and visual libraries using AI-powered workflows. Generate, iterate, and animate assets with Figma AI tools, optimize production workflows, and support Art Directors and Interactive Designers with rapid prototyping. Ensure brand consistency, accessibility, responsive behavior, technical precision, and quality across marketing deliverables while maintaining organized, scalable systems.

Develop, validate, deploy, and monitor machine-learning and statistical fraud models to reduce losses and false positives. Clean and synthesize large datasets, forecast fraud losses, automate monitoring and reporting, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain model governance and documentation.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, operating model, and execution of the company’s digital employee experience.
