We require a professional with deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) procedures within the SW & Services Monetization Program. Essential focus areas include managing orders, pricing, output control, delivery supervision, billing, and entitlement handling. This role provides a remarkable opportunity to promote innovation, secure perfect delivery, and advance our demanding targets. The chosen applicant will have experience directing large-scale efforts and driving continuous improvement in OTC while maintaining and assisting existing operational tasks.
What you'll be doing:
Work together with product, engineering, and business teams to gather and evaluate requirements for the SW & Services Monetization Program.
Build, develop, and support solutions across the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) landscape and associated satellite systems.
Operate as an expert to review business requirements, process builds, solution builds, and implementation.
Build and maintain critical integrations between SAP and other satellite systems supporting the Order-to-Cash process.
Generate, assess, and uphold high-level project plans and detailed functional and technical build documents for various functional areas.
Plan Roadmaps for the SW & Services Monetization Program and align efforts within IT and with the business.
Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and OTC business users.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage weekly/monthly deployment release cycles.
What we need to see:
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business with 10+ years of SAP SD implementation experience.
Deep experience in enabling Software/Services processes like SW Fulfillment, Licensing Mgmt., Entitlement Mgmt., SW Delivery, Renewal, and Upgrade business.
Extensive experience in configuring, crafting, and implementing Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions.
Strong background in Master data, Order Management, Output Management, EDI, Pricing, Delivery Management, Inter-company process, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
Background and support for large-scale, multi-system integrations.
Hands-on experience in building portals.
Proactive person with experience operating independently and initiating new projects.
Experience collaborating with application developers and offshore teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Be proactive, offer expertise, and support in areas beyond Software and Services as needed.
Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA systems and integrations is a plus.
Experience with Cloud platforms such as SFDC, entitlement management systems is beneficial.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
