Senior SAP Instructional Designer/Developer | 12683

This is a remote position.

CTI Staffing is partnering with a large enterprise organization to find a Senior SAP Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer. The role is fully remote and supports an SAP implementation.

The team is rolling out new SAP capabilities and needs end users ready on day one. You'll own role-based training from needs assessment through Train-the-Trainer. The work is short-term and high impact, with potential for follow-on delivery work.

What You'll Do

• Conduct training needs assessments and write course objectives from the results
  
• Interview SMEs and business stakeholders to gather content for blended learning
  
• Design and write instructor-led training materials and eLearning storyboards
  
• Build interactive eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline
  
• Create knowledge checks, tests, and course evaluations
  
• Run content review, revision, and sign-off cycles with stakeholders
  
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare internal trainers
  
• Report status, flag issues early, and bring solutions
  

Must-Have:

• Hands-on development experience in Articulate Storyline
  
• 3+ years working with major ERP systems
  
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP modules
  
• Experience training others on instructional design methods or SAP applications, including Train-the-Trainer
  
• Working knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles
  
• Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  

Nice-to-Have:

• S/4HANA project experience
  
• Professional services or Big 4 consulting background
  
• Classroom training delivery experience
  
• Storyboarding and WBT/CBT eLearning development

• SAP ECC / S/4HANA
  
• Articulate Storyline
  
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  
• LMS / SCORM publishing
  

What Success Looks Like:

• Role-based SAP training curriculum designed, built, and signed off within the engagement
  
• Internal trainers prepared to deliver content through Train-the-Trainer sessions
  
• Assessments in place to measure learner readiness
