Assured Allies helps people age with independence and financial security. We partner with long-term care insurance carriers and employers, and our Health Coaches and Allies work with thousands of members across the U.S.
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Systems & Integration Engineer to own the platform at the heart of that work. Salesforce is where our coaches manage cases, run outreach campaigns, place calls through Five9 and send program emails. You’ll own it end to end: configuration, Apex code, releases, integrations, administration, vendors and data protection.
This is a high-autonomy role in a HIPAA-regulated environment. You’ll work daily with our R&D team in Israel and with Operations and Product in the U.S. Our R&D team is AI-first, and AI coding agents and assistants are part of how we build, test and support every day.
- Salesforce platform ownership: Own two Salesforce apps (AgeAssured and Wellness): Apex, LWC, Flows, Omni-Channel, case creation, email processes and scheduled batch jobs. Monitor batch health and fix failures. Find where Salesforce AI features (Agentforce, Einstein) can save coaches time.
- Releases and SDLC: Package and deploy releases to production with our scripts and scratch orgs. Manage the sandbox estate (Full, Partial, QA, email). Use AI development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Agentforce for Developers) to write, review and test Apex, Flows and scripts faster. Publish release notes to the business, drafted with our AI release-notes skill.
- Telephony and messaging integrations: Own Five9 (auto dialer, list sync, users, holidays, DST changes) and Twilio. Keep call recordings, tasks and SMS correctly linked to member records.
- Campaigns and engagement: Support campaign builds and uploads, automated email journeys and the fulfillment queue. Investigate mis-sent emails and data issues, use AI to speed up root-cause analysis, and run the fixes.
- Admin, security and compliance: Manage users, permissions and SSO federation across Salesforce, Five9 and Twilio. Rotate AWS keys. Run member data deletion and OwnBackup restore under HIPAA and SOC 2.
- Vendors and contracts: Own the vendor relationship for the systems you are responsible for (Salesforce, Five9, Twilio, OwnBackup): contracts, licenses, renewals, cost optimization and support cases.
- Operations partner: Act as the R&D point of contact for US Ops, coaching leads and Product. Triage requests, build reports and turn needs into Jira tickets with clear requirements. Automate repetitive Ops requests with AI agents where it is safe to do so.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration (Service Cloud preferred): Apex, batch and scheduled jobs, LWC, Flows, Omni-Channel
- Proven experience with Salesforce DX, packaging, sandbox strategy and CI/CD release management
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST APIs, Named Credentials and middleware
- Working knowledge of AWS (Lambda, IAM) and Git-based workflows (GitLab preferred)
- Experience administering users, permissions and SSO in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC 2 or similar)
- Ability to work autonomously, own a broad system surface and debug production issues end to end
- Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders; clear written requirements and release notes
- Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar), with good judgment on when to trust their output in a regulated environment
- Hands-on administration of a contact-center or messaging platform (Five9, Twilio or similar): users, lists, routing and the integration with Salesforce
- Experience managing technology vendors: contracts, renewals, licenses, support cases and cost optimization
- Five9 specifically (we'll teach you Five9 if you haven't used it)
- OwnBackup administration
- Python
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Administrator)
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein, or building LLM-powered automations
- Background in insurance, healthcare or member-engagement platforms
- Backend and data integrations - experience with AWS lambdas and Fargate
- Your work directly helps older adults stay healthy and independent at home.
- You'll be the owner of our business systems, with real influence on how they evolve.
- A small, mission-driven team across the U.S. and Israel, backed by leading insurers and investors.
Location: US East Coast, either hybrid from our Greater Boston, MA office or fully remote

What We Do
Prevent what you can. Prepare for what you can’t. That's the simple yet powerful philosophy that drives us. There are proven tools and techniques that are available - right now - to help millions age successfully and prevent what we used to think of as inevitable. But many people don't know about them, or how to apply them. That's the gap we're filling - so more of us can make active - even aggressive- efforts to keep aging from disrupting our lives. But we all don't age in the same way. So we use data to identify different "course calculations'' - predicting a particular individual's aging curve. We then apply insights derived from large datasets to make effective personalized recommendations for successful aging. That's the "Prevent what you can '' half of our mission. The second half - preparation for the unexpected - is why we offer our platform through America's Most innovative and trusted insurance companies. The combination of prevention and preparation benefits individuals, their families, and society. Because our mission touches science and behavior change, we are a cross-disciplinary team of experienced entrepreneurs, clinicians, with offices in Tel Aviv and Boston, and backed by leading venture capital firms and strategic investors.
