Location: Remote – LATAM-based professionals aligned to CST working hours
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer to join a fast-paced, collaborative Product & Engineering team. This role plays a critical part in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce-based solutions that directly impact both internal teams and end users.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities, drive automation, and implement integrations that support business growth and operational efficiency. This is a long-term opportunity with a high-performing team building customer-centric digital journeys and solutions.
💻 What You’ll DoDesign, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions
Refactor and enhance existing codebases and architecture for performance and scalability
Collaborate in Agile teams across Product, QA, and Architecture
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release cycles
Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Gearset, GitHub, and Jenkins
Contribute to Salesforce org optimization and third-party integrations, including AWS or other platforms
Stay current with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities
5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform in enterprise environments
Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub)
Solid understanding of integration patterns, performance optimization, and governor limits
Familiarity with UI/UX best practices in Salesforce (Lightning Design System)
Bonus: experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services or leading org migrations
Clear, proactive communicator (written and verbal)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams (Jira, Confluence)
Passion for clean code, documentation, and continuous improvement
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
