We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for the Ongoing maintenance, Security and Optimization of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll partner with Salesforce Teams & various departments to understand their needs, implementing solutions within Salesforce, and ensuring data integrity and security. You will being your Salesforce Admin skills to ensure an efficient & secure Salesforce Platform.
This is Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week, in our Pune Office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
System Administration: Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions. Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules. Help Maintain configurations & Setups in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other related Salesforce clouds and installed AppExchange packages. Well versed in writing queries in Salesforce using Apex, SOQL, SOSL.
Security and Compliance:
Monitor and maintain system security, including user access and data protection.
Help Implement and maintain security policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Perform regular system audits and data quality checks.Deployment Assistance: Participate in Deployments executions, Change Sets, post-deployment steps, sandbox management, Org Refreshes. Has Good Understanding of DevOps & using DevOps tools like Copado etc.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data cleansing and deduplication. Help Import and export data using data loader or other tools. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
User Support & Collaboration: Provide technical support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
Create and maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Admin work.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Candidates willing to work on a Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in our Pune Office.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and flows.
Proficiency in data management, including data import/export and data cleansing, Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
Experience of managing Security, Access & Compliance in Salesforce platform. (e.g. SOX)
Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is mandatory. Advanced Administrator certification is highly desirable.
Experience with apex or visualforce is a plus.
Experience of working with DevOps tools like Copado is desirable.
