Own onboarding, QA, and ongoing upskilling for Procores European delivery partner network. Run onboarding curriculum, maintain playbooks and ramp plans, enforce QA standards using Gong AI recordings, deliver enablement sessions, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with sales, onboarding, and operations to improve partner performance and delivery quality.

Build and maintain an agent platform: partner with product teams to co-build agents and drive adoption; design runtime, security, and API contracts; implement evaluation frameworks, observability (OpenTelemetry), and MCP/integration servers; translate team needs into scalable, self-serve platform capabilities.

Advise specialty contractor clients on Procore Financial and Resource Management, assess business processes, develop operational strategy, deliver training and SOPs, mentor teammates, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel up to 50% for client sites and events.

Design, build, and maintain the Pages runtime and Dataset Editor using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Ruby. Create scalable canvas-based, data-bound UIs, improve graph computation and evaluation pipelines, ensure high availability, build CI/CD, monitor and respond to production alerts, produce well-tested code and docs, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior engineers.
