What you will do:
As a Front-Line Sales Executive within Johnson Controls’ Global Marine, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Global Cruise segment. Your primary focus will be on building and managing relationships with Cruise Owners, vessel owners, and operators across the key global market. You will promote Johnson Controls’ portfolio of HVAC, fire safety, and integrated control solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and marine compliance standards.
How You Will Do It:

Location:
You will be based in our Sweden office in Norrköping. This position requires proximity to our customer base, enabling frequent visits to clients throughout Europe and other global destinations. Travel is expected to be around 20-30 days annually, which may include trips within Europe or to the Americas.
