  • Invest at least 60% of the time, in face to face interactions with customers or new prospects

  • Conduct consultative needs assessments and position HighQ and CoCounsel as strategic solutions to complex legal and compliance challenges

  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline with clear conversion metrics

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals across the sales cycle

Account & Revenue Management

About You

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (preferably in legal tech, law firms, corporate legal departments, or adjacent B2B software)

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence senior decision-makers

  • Territory ownership mindset—you take ownership of your market and drive results independently

  • Fluent English (required for client interactions)

  • University degree (MBA desirable; legal background or legal tech experience is a plus)

About the role

  • Experience selling to legal departments, law firms, or compliance-heavy organizations
