Your mission: 

We are united by our common mission and the SOPHiA GENETICS Sales team plays a crucial role in enabling more organizations to make data-driven decisions.

As a Senior Sales Executive / Account Manager in Italy, you'll report to our Regional Sales Manager, but will have full ownership and autonomy over your territory. This is a field role, with over 50% travel, and you can be based anywhere within Italy. 

The value you add: 

  • Prospecting, pitching and driving business development.
  • Identifying and closing opportunities with new organizations.
  • Drive consistent momentum in sales cycles and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Drive business growth through expanding our market share within current accounts and finding new opportunities to extend our relationship with them 
  • Advise the company and guide product management on market & product requirements 
Requirements

The experience you bring: 

  • 3-5 years of consultative sales experience
  • Experience selling NGS or Genomics products into Hospital Systems and/or Lab Environments
  • Understands the Italian Market and is familiar with our target customers
  • A hunter mentality, driven by a desire to consistently generate new business
  • You will need to be able to travel across your territory to a minimum of 50%
  • You are fluent to a business level in both Italian and English
