Lead full-cycle global recruiting for commercial and go-to-market roles (and select Support/Enablement/G&A), build proactive candidate pipelines, execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent, partner with commercial leaders, use market insights and AI tools to improve candidate engagement and time-to-hire, and advance TA initiatives including AI adoption, employer brand, and ED&I.

Lead business development and strategic account growth with pharmaceutical and mid-sized biopharma partners for NGS, biomarker discovery, clinical trial assays and CDx solutions. Build and maintain pipeline in Salesforce, develop proposals, negotiate and close deals, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver signed engagements. Travel internationally (~30%) to meet customers and attend events, focusing on new customer acquisition across Europe and the US East Coast.

Prospect, qualify, and generate sales opportunities via inbound management and outbound outreach. Use Salesforce and sales enablement tools to set meetings, report market feedback, manage renewals/up-sells, and collaborate with sales leadership to meet targets.
