Vidmob is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer in NYC. This individual will partner directly with the sales, engineering, and product organizations at all levels. You will work directly with customers/partners throughout the sales process, overcoming technical objections, assisting customers' adoption of the Vidmob Platform and providing technical assistance to cross-functional groups. 

Responsibilities:

Strategic Demos:

  • Conduct compelling and tailored product demonstrations for potential clients.

  • Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of Vidmob's solutions to diverse audiences.

  • Proof of Concept (POC) Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective POC strategies to showcase Vidmob’s capabilities.

  • Collaborate with potential clients to understand their requirements and tailor POCs to meet their needs.

Supporting RFIs:

  • Respond to requests for information (RFIs) with detailed, accurate, and timely information.

  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure responses align with Vidmob’s offerings and capabilities.

  • Collaboration with Product & Engineering:

  • Liaise with product and engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

  • Provide feedback from clients to help shape product development and enhancements.

Client acquisition and onboarding

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective implementation of Vidmob's solutions.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the onboarding phase.

Product Expertise

  • Become a subject matter expert on Vidmob’s products and solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features, integrations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer/Solutions Engineer, with a proven track record of working with Fortune 500 companies.

  • Experience within martech/tech, understanding of the ecosystem. 

  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills in order to clearly and efficiently articulate technical matters with customers and partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field 

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, APIs, SaaS architecture, cloud services, web technologies, and system integration.

  • Startup experience. Expertise selling, configuring and delivering software demonstrations.

Compensation Range: $180K - $200K
