We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Analyst to join our Sales Analytics team. In this role you would have the opportunity to analyze sales data to drive strategic decision-making and performance improvement. The inner team consists of 3 people and is reporting to the Director of Sales Analytics. We would love to speak with you if you’re someone who has previous experience in data analytics and would like to develop your career within Academia & Government space.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
5+ years of experience with data analysis
Proficient level of English language
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient level of Excel
It would be great if you also have . . .
Previous experience with PowerBI
What will you be doing in this role?
Build complex reports and dashboards and refine and update existing ones.
Execute in-depth analysis of sales performance and market trends in partnership with key sales functions.
Develop and refine advanced analytical models and forecasting techniques, identifying risks and opportunities to ensure accurate business projections.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations through financial and operational analysis that supports effective business decision-making.
Conduct detailed analysis and modeling to support business initiatives, resource allocation, and KPI’s; monitor and improve the accuracy and integrity of sales reporting and productivity tools; collaborate with sales teams to address performance issues and opportunities.
About the Team
Sales Analytics team supports Regional Sales VPs regarding different analytics-related tasks – creating reports and dashboards, forecasting, etc.
Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position. The working hours would be standard EMEA working hours.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
