We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer who will join our team and help us create innovative web and mobile applications.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
- Has extensive experience with Ruby on Rails
- Knows their way around both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud hosting providers (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, Heroku)
- Checks their code with unit and integration tests (e.g. RSpec)
- Equipped with real-world GIT experience
- Comfortable with the UNIX/Linux command line
- Working knowledge of creating and maintaining infrastructure using terraform
- Create and maintain CI and deployment pipelines using Github Actions
- Has experience with Docker
- Communicates effectively in both spoken and written English

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that not only meet client needs but also exceed expectations
- Make a significant impact on backend development projects, ensuring that your high-quality, timely solutions align with client goals
- Collaborate closely with a talented team of developers, QA engineers, designers, and project managers to create innovative solutions
- Mentor and guide less experienced developers, helping them grow and succeed
- Proactively contribute to improving our development processes, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and quality
- Participate in our code review process to uphold the highest standards of code quality
