We are looking Senior RMA QA Engineer in Hong Kong office. NVIDIA is leading the way into high growth area of Autonomous Driving, High Performance Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and computer Gaming. NVIDIA is pushing hard the technology in all areas including the advanced package technology. NVIDIA’s Quality Team is looking for a Senior RMA QA Engineer that has a customer/technical/RMA experience in the area of system datacenter, PCBA manufacturing/functional testing and customer complaint handling.
You will be reporting to QA-RMA Manager.
What you’ll be doing:

Manage customer complaints related to RMA and responses timely and ensure effective communication of information between customer and internal engineering teams for issue solving.

Support project implementation, such as additional process implementation, CRM enhancement with IT.

Ensure effective communication between customer and internal teams and regular review project progress.

Conduct RMA QA Analysis daily with collecting/reviewing customer data to achieve the RMA Approval TAT.

Support data analysis and reporting to internal engineering teams and top management.
What we need to see:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent education or equivalent experience.

8+ years of customer quality experience in electronics products.

Experience in quality operation in RMA.

Strong ability on data analysis and familiar with QA analysis tools.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

In depth experience in customer complaint handling and understanding what customer need in quality.

Good experience in SAP/ Data Analysis.

Strong background of technical/debug skills in test methodology.
