Why This Role is Exciting
As part of Revenue and Sales Operations, this position will be a core member of the GTM team, effectively functioning as a chief of staff to senior sales leadership. The key roles and responsibilities of the Senior Revenue Operations Manager will encompass establishing, developing, and monitoring the heartbeat and cadence of the GTM business. This provides opportunities such as exposure and face time with executives and other teams within the company, informing GTM decision making, and feeling the energy and excitement tied to the Sales and GTM team(s) at one of the fastest growing companies!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization.
Oversight of sales processes, ensuring the sales team is following best practices and maximizing their productivity.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the finance and commissions team to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of sales performance.
Lead core functions within the GTM teams, such as modeling and maintaining sales territories, directing forecast cadence, and enriching CRM data.
Collaborate with the revenue systems team to ensure tools and systems are in place to support the GTM strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for GTM initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
Track record of developing and executing project plans cross-functionally
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Experience with sales technology platforms (SFDC,Claude,GONG are all a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
