Sales Enablement Specialist – Communications & Projects
About the Role
SolarWinds is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to drive internal communications, content development, and enablement project execution. This role ensures that global sales teams are consistently informed, engaged, and equipped through high-quality newsletters, landing pages, and training materials.
The role also supports onboarding and live learning initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Communications & Newsletter Management
- Curate, manage, and publish the Weekly Revenue Enablement Newsletter, ensuring timely, relevant, and high-impact content.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to source updates, success stories, product launches, and key initiatives.
- Translate complex updates into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for sales audiences.
- Track engagement metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and continuously optimize content strategy.
- Maintain a consistent editorial calendar aligned to business priorities and GTM initiatives.
- Introduce targeted segments (e.g., top deals, objection handling tips, product spotlights) to drive field adoption.
Enablement Platforms & Landing Pages (SharePoint & Letter.ai)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain enablement landing pages on Microsoft SharePoint and Letter.ai.
- Structure content for easy navigation, discoverability, and usability by global sales teams.
- Ensure content is current, standardized, and aligned with messaging and sales plays.
- Develop campaign- or initiative-specific pages (e.g., product launches, sales plays, onboarding hubs).
- Monitor page usage and engagement analytics to improve effectiveness and adoption.
- Establish governance for content updates, version control, and lifecycle management.
Program Coordination & Delivery Support
- Coordinate and send invites for global live learning sessions, ensuring alignment across time zones and stakeholders.
- Manage logistics for virtual and in-person sessions (scheduling, communications, attendance tracking).
- Act as a facilitator or co-facilitator during onboarding sessions when required, ensuring continuity and quality of delivery.
- Support dry runs, speaker preparation, and session flow to ensure professional execution.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support execution of enablement initiatives, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables are well managed.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Enablement leaders to drive awareness and adoption of key programs.
- Act as a central point of coordination for communications across multiple initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Communications, Marketing, or Learning & Development within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience managing internal communications such as newsletters or campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with content and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Letter.ai, LMS tools).
- Strong content creation and design skills (PowerPoint, visual storytelling, structured writing).
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred
- Exposure to sales or enablement environments, with understanding of sales team needs and workflows.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS products, sales processes, or go-to-market strategies.
