monday.com is looking for a hardworking, thoughtful and driven client-facing enablement professional looking to make a big impact on our EMEA revenue organization.
This individual has a proven track record of success in a Sales and/or Revenue Enablement role working in fast-paced environments. They are seeking to continuously build on existing skills & knowledge while learning and engaging with new and evolving challenges.
As a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, your mission is to partner with our sales leadership to drive high performance.
You will act as a business partner across several of our markets (DACH, Israel, Emerging) and balance the delivery of global enablement programs with local initiatives which deliver targeted impact in your aligned sub-regions
- 5-8 years of experience in full-cycle sales roles and/or sales adjacent roles, preferably with enterprise customers
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, with the ability to pivot quickly and proceed despite ambiguity
- Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make decisions with scalability and long-term feasibility in mind
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
- A consultative style approach to identifying and scoping enablement needs
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience working as part of large, global, cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of the basics of good instructional design and adult learning principles
