As a Senior Research Content Strategist, you will operate at the intersection of product marketing, research, content strategy, thought leadership, and AI-enabled content operations to build a high-quality thought leadership and product narrative engine. You will deeply understand technical and AI-driven products, identify emerging market opportunities, develop compelling positioning narratives, and produce premium long-form content that drives authority, engagement, and growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional writing ability with strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to build scalable AI-assisted systems for research-driven content production.
Accountability
Your success as a Senior Research Content Strategist will be defined by your ability to create differentiated, high-quality product and research-driven content that establishes intellectual authority, strengthens product positioning, and drives meaningful audience engagement.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Product Marketing & Narrative Ownership
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, positioning, and market landscape.
- Own messaging and content narratives across product-led initiatives.
- Translate technical concepts and product capabilities into clear, compelling, and high-impact content.
- Work closely with product, growth, and leadership teams to align messaging with company goals.
Research, Editorial & Insight Strategy
- Identify emerging trends, industries, technologies, customer behaviors, and market opportunities on a consistent basis.
- Conduct primary and secondary research across markets, competitors, industries, and evolving narratives to uncover strategic insights and differentiated positioning opportunities.
- Develop and maintain structured editorial calendars aligned with audience relevance, product messaging, and business priorities.
- Analyze complex information, synthesize research findings, and form original perspectives and content angles that translate into engaging and thought-provoking narratives.
Premium Content Creation
- Write high-quality thought leadership articles, research-backed long-form content, product-led educational content, market analysis pieces, newsletters, research memos, product explainers, and founder-led narratives.
- Convert research insights and product narratives into distribution-ready assets, including slide decks, website content, and product marketing collateral.
- Maintain consistently high editorial standards, clarity, narrative quality, and strategic alignment across all outputs.
Growth Through Content
- Use research-driven and product-led content to strengthen audience engagement, brand authority, and audience trust.
- Identify high-performing content formats and scale winning themes based on audience response and performance insights.
- Support organic growth initiatives, audience engagement, and strategic brand positioning through premium content.
- Optimize messaging and narratives based on audience behavior, feedback, and performance data.
AI Research & AI-Enabled Content Operations
- Actively leverage AI tools for research, synthesis, drafting, editing, and workflow optimization.
- Build scalable AI-assisted workflows for research operations and premium content production.
- Use AI to improve output quality, increase publishing velocity, and deepen research capabilities.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools, prompting strategies, and AI-enabled research workflows.
- Continuously optimize systems to scale high-quality content creation without sacrificing depth, clarity, or rigor.
Colleagues
You will work closely with founding leadership, product, growth, marketing, and AI/research teams, contributing directly to the company’s positioning, authority, and long-term growth strategy.

To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience: 4–8 years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, research, journalism, consulting, editorial strategy, or related fields, with demonstrated success producing high-quality long-form content, thought leadership, or product-led narratives.
- Product Marketing & Narrative Development: Strong experience owning product messaging and translating technical product functionality into compelling, audience-friendly narratives that drive positioning and engagement.
- Writing & Editorial Excellence: Exceptional writing ability with strong narrative structure, editorial judgment, and attention to detail across long-form, product-led, and research-driven formats.
- Research & Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to conduct deep research, synthesize information, identify patterns, and form original perspectives from complex information and evolving market trends.
- Thought Leadership & Content Strategy: Ability to create scalable workflows for research, drafting, editing, publishing, and AI-assisted content operations while maintaining consistently high quality standards.
- Systems & Process Building: Ability to create scalable workflows for research, drafting, editing, and publishing while maintaining high standards of quality.
- AI & Research Tool Fluency: Strong familiarity with AI tools and workflows that support research, synthesis, drafting, editing, summarization, and publishing processes, including tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Notion AI, and related AI research tools.
- Working Style & Mindset: Highly autonomous, intellectually curious, AI-native, experimentation-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments without rigid structure. Role Specifications
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 3.5 weeks with us.
